I’m not laughing at you.. this is the laughter of a madman who’s torn his hair over this for hours. LOL Take solace in this.. everyone has had this error AND you’ve reached the end of your frustrating journey. Here’s your answer:

We need to make sure to install the correct pyTorch.

These two links are your new best friends. Bookmark them. Keep them. Bind them to your hearts. AND MAKE SURE to choose the CUDA package.

**NOTE, if you are working with CUDA or ENV virtual environments, you have to pip install these directions again.. with every new environment.
