A particularly weird error if you run across this one. Bizarre and frustrating because it can just happen with a repository after not happening before.Okay, real quick. If you’re getting this error then you’re already messing around with git and with cloning repos onto your machine. Basically, you’ve git cloned a repository, and are now trying to execute the code. I’ve git cloned a million times and when this popped up, I was like wow… totally out of nowhere.
I’m gonna make this one real quick. There’s reasons given, but I don’t have the time to understand it 100% or desire to do the weird workarounds that I didn’t need just a few moments before. Here’s what you do:
Just downloed the git repository as a zip
That’s it. Forget git cloning the repo and just download the zip.
