async_io requires the dev libaio .so object and headers but these were not found

This error can pop up with varying installs that require a build process and is linked to the Deepseed package.

The problem is due to the fact that, aio is not supported on Windows and the script has not taken that into account.

The answer is to disable the AIO installation
